Albert A. Annunziata

Albert Annunziata is an experienced trial attorney with a broad-based practice and more than two decades of experience representing individuals, businesses, and municipalities throughout Connecticut. He brings practical judgment, energy, and a personal approach to every matter, whether the issue is complex or straightforward.

Albert has spent much of his career as a litigator, handling a wide range of cases and guiding clients through disputes that require careful analysis and effective advocacy. He understands that while some matters involve significant legal complexity, many clients are simply looking for clear answers and reliable guidance. His approach is grounded in the belief that no case is too big or too small to deserve thoughtful attention.

Clients value Albert’s commitment to personal communication and his willingness to examine each matter independently and thoroughly. He believes effective representation requires accessibility, honesty, and a clear understanding of a client’s goals. Albert chose to merge practices to form Esposito & Annunziata because of a shared belief that clients are best served through direct attorney involvement and a team-oriented approach.

In addition to his litigation practice, Albert has been involved in a wide range of legal and community matters. He has been invited to speak at the Yale School of Law on local landlord-tenant issues, has appeared before zoning boards of appeal throughout the state, and has represented clients in criminal, real estate, and business-related matters. He has also consulted on large real estate development projects and business acquisitions, and currently represents the City of New Haven in tax collection matters.

Albert is actively involved in the legal community and in charitable organizations. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the New Haven County Bar Association, and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. He has also served on committees with the Foundation for the Advancement of Catholic Schools and remains actively involved in its charitable mission.
